How It Works

  • How Often Will We Meet?

    Most people like to meet once a week for a 45 minute session, but some people like to meet twice a week.

  • Are Sessions In Person or Online?

    I meet clients both in-person in my office in Park Slope, Brooklyn as well as online.

  • Do You Accept Insurance?

    I don’t accept insurance but many providers will reimburse for out-of-network costs.
