About Me

As a first-generation, bi-racial kid growing up in upstate New York, I experienced a great deal of confusion about my place in the world. As an adult, I found relief through therapy.

Today, my confusion is around how upside down the world seems to be. But what I learned through therapy helps me in these anxious times and it can help you.

I work with a diverse population of individuals of all ages and backgrounds, and I’ve seen that sharing our stories and talking about our fears in a safe, non-judgmental space not only brings relief but also healing from the traumas of our past.
